Refunds and Returns
If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us. If you change your mind about an item within a week of receiving it, it is in the same condition as when you received it and it has not been personalized, you can return it for a full refund. Return shipping must be covered by the buyer.
If your canvas is damaged during shipment, please contact me and we can talk about refund or replacement options.
We accept Paypal, all major credit cards, and coupon codes for discounted sale prices! If you cancel an order before shipping, we will simply refund your money. After shipment, you will be responsible for the return shipping.
We offer split shipping (I cover half shipping) or free shipping on most orders. We can only ship to the USA for right now. We will ship your item as soon as possible, usually in 2-3 business days unless it is a special order or multiple orders of the same item, then it usually adds a few days. Popular items are usually in stock and all materials for special orders are usually on hand. We ship using USPS First Class or Priority Shipping. If you need your purchase shipped faster, send me a message…. I would be happy to upgrade shipping if the additional cost is covered by the buyer. You can send the difference for Priority Mail via my Paypal Account. All canvases are sent in a cellophane bag, bubble wrapped and shipped in a sturdy box. However, for some reason if anything becomes damaged, let me know and I will send out a new item or issue a refund upon the items return.
